Old Quay Lane – Full Renovation

Description of the work carried out: 

This was the restoration of a beautiful sandstone cottage with inherent damp issues. The roof was replaced with a new breathable roof system and each piece of damaged sandstone was re-machined by hand and replaced.

Vaulted ceilings were created in all the first floor rooms and on the landing. Each one was re-plastered, had new skirts & architraving and decorated along with bespoke wardrobes.
