Reeds Cottage, The Parade – Full Renovation

Description of the work carried out:

Our job specification was to completely restore two fishermans cottages that had been combined. The entire roof was stripped and all rotting timbers were replaced. A breathable roof system was installed and vaulted ceilings were created throughout.

The two reception rooms were joined by creating an opening and installing a double sided stove.

All beams were sandblasted to show their original characteristics.

On the first floor we created two bedrooms and one family bathroom. All the woodwork and windows were replaced. The bathroom consists of a free standing roll top bath and walk-in shower.
