The Parade – Full Renovation

Description of the work carried out:

We were asked to renovate and reconfigure both the ground and first floor of this beautiful sandstone property. The whole building was stripped back to a bare shell, exposing the original king post trusses. Steel beams were introduced to create an open plan living space on the ground floor and the entire property was internally insulated.

A new staircase was installed to access the first floor which now boasts three bedrooms and a family bathroom, all with vaulted ceilings. In the master bedroom we created the ‘wow’ factor by installing a solid glass floor panel to split the main feature window in the gable end of the property.

We built bespoke wardrobes throughout the bedrooms and the family bathroom consisted of a free standing roll top bath and walk in shower.
